By proceeding with the reservation you accept and agree with JMD Resort (the Hotel) that the reservation (details of which are set out above), if accepted by us, shall be on the terms and conditions as follows:

Reservation Policy

  • Check-In time is 12:00 NOON (IST) and Check-Out Time is 10 :00 AM (IST)
  • If our Check-In / Out timing does not suit your requirement, kindly inform us about the same. Necessary room allotments can be arranged on prior information, subject to availability, and may be chargeable by us directly.
  • Cancellation or Alteration in bookings is not allowed .
  • Please carry a valid government issued photo identity and address proof with you for Check-In Procedure. PAN Card is not accepted as a valid Identity Card. Passport, Voter ID Card, Driving Licence, Aadhaar Card are required during Check In for each guests except child below 3 years of age.
  • The Credit / Debit Card Holder should be one of the travelers, if you have booked with us using any one of the later.
  • We reserve the right to cancel or modify reservations where it appears that a customer has engaged in fraudulent or inappropriate activity or under other circumstances where it appears that the reservation contains or is resulted from a mistake or error.
  • The choice of breakfast solely depends on the JMD Resort authority based on certain criteria.

Rates & Deposit

  • The rates quoted are based on your period of stay. Rates are subject to change as a result of changes in your arrival and/or departure dates.
  • Rates do not include any applicable taxes prevailing government taxes at time of occupancy. The Rates are subject to prevailing Goods and Services Tax.
  • The maximum number of guests in terms of Adult, Child & Infant per room has been defined in our Tariff Card as well as in our official website www.jmdresort.com. One extra adult may be allowed in a room, which will be chargeable. Children who are 12 or younger sleep in the existing bedding of a room shared with a paying adult. Please contact the JMD Resort for more information.
  • A cash deposit or a valid credit card is required upon check-in for incidentals in addition to full payment of room and tax.
  • In the event you complete a booking based on a rate that has been incorrectly posted, the JMD Resort reserves the right to correct the rate or cancel the reservation at its discretion, and will contact with you directly in order to do so.
  • You will be always charged for any type of product and service in Indian Rupees.
  • A valid credit card / debit card / Internet Banking Facility / Payment Wallet is required for all reservations to secure your reservation through our online booking engine in our official website www.jmdresort.com
  • Upon reservation your credit card / debit card / Internet Banking Facility / Payment Wallet will be charged for the amount indicated on the booking confirmation page and email.

Eligible age for check-in

  • You must be at least 18 years of age to check-in as the primary guest to register for a room.

Check-in and check-out time

  • Check-In time is 12:00 noon (IST) and Check-Out Time is 10:00 AM (IST)
  • A valid identification document issued by Government (except Income Tax PAN card)is mandatorily required at check-in for Indian nationals.
  • Passport with valid Visa is mandatorily required at Check In for foreign nationals.

Early arrival and late departure

  • In case of your arrival at the JMD Resort prior to the normal check-in time, you are advised to approach the Guest Services Desk or to the Reception Desk of the JMD Resort for assistance in storing your luggage until check-in is available.
  • Late check-outs are available on request subject to room availability and occupancy level.
  • Please check with the Front Desk or Reception of JMD Reception at least 24 hours prior to your departure on availability of late check-out.
  • A half-day room charge may be incurred for late check-out between 10:00 AM (IST) to 6:00 PM (IST) and a full day room charge may be incurred for late check-out after 6:00 PM (IST).

Further information

  • In proceeding with the reservation, you further agree to allow JMD Resort and its agents to collect, use and disclose to any of its related corporations its agents and its third party service providers (including those outside of India) your personal data for the purposes of (i) administering, managing and maintaining your customer relationship with us; (ii) JMD Resort and its affiliates complying with any applicable law, governmental or regulatory requirements, or request or direction of any governmental authority of any relevant jurisdiction; and (iii) other business related purposes of JMD Resort and its affiliates.
  • No gatherings and parties of any nature are allowed. The JMD Resort authority reserves the right to evict any additional occupants in the room.
  • No prepared food from sources other than the JMD Resort dining / restaurant services is permitted in the guest rooms or resort campus.
  • This reservation is not transferable. No name change is allowed.

General provisions

  • By proceeding with the reservation, you further agree and acknowledge that if the reservation is accepted by the JMD Resort, your stay subsequently shall be subject to the standard terms and conditions of stay of the JMD Resort.
  • The JMD Resort may, at its absolute discretion, cancel the reservation if the JMD Resort is of the opinion that the reservation information provided is falsified or incomplete.
  • The JMD Resort shall be entitled to vary, amend and/or otherwise change these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice.
  • You shall indemnify and hold the JMD Resort harmless in respect of any liability, loss, damage, cost and expense of any nature arising out of, and/or in connection with the acceptance of the reservation by the JMD Resort.
  • The JMD Resort shall not be liable for any losses, damages, costs or expenses incurred by you as a result of any cancellation of the reservation by the JMD Resort.
  • The reservation and the terms and conditions set out hereto shall be governed in accordance with the law of the Republic of India.
  • The Contracts (Rights of Third Parties) Act shall apply.

Hotel Rules And Management policies

In Order to make your stay as pleasant as possible, the Management requests your co-operation in observing the following as an agreement between the guest and the " JMD Resort" (hereinafter called 'Management') under which rooms are permitted to be used by the guest(s):

  1. Tariff

    The tariff is for the room only and is exclusive of any government taxes applicable Meals and other services are available at extra cost. To know your room tariff, please contact the Duty Manager, guest registration forms must be signed on arrivals.

  2. Settlement Of Bills

    Bills must be settled on presentation, personal cheques are not accepted.

  3. Company's Lien On Guest's Luggage And Belongings

    In the case of default in the payment of dues by a guest, the management shall have the linen on their luggage and belongings, and be entitled to detain the same and to sell or auction such property at any time without reference to the guest. The net sale proceeds will be appropriate towards the amount due by the guest without prejudice to the management's rights to adopt such further recovery proceedings as my be required.

  4. Check-in

    Please present your ID card, Passport or Temporary Residence Card upon Check-in. By Law visitors must present personal documents for hotel records. These documents will be returned upon departure.

  5. Departure

    Check out time is 10:00 AM (IST) please inform the reception if you wish to retain your room beyond this time. The extension will be given depending on the availability. If the room is available, the normal tariff will be charged. On failure of the guest to vacate the room on expiry or period the management shall have the right to remove the guest and his/her belongings from the room occupied by the Guest.

  6. Luggage Storage

    Subject to availability of the storage space, the guest can store luggage in the luggage room, at the guest's sole risk as to loss or damage from any cause, Luggage may not be stored for a period of over 30 days.

  7. Guest's Belongings

    Guests are particularly requested to lock the door of their rooms when going out going to bed. For the convenience of the Guest, electronic safety lockers are provided in the room to store any valuables.

    The Management will not in any way whatsoever be responsible for any loss / or damage to the Guest's belongings or any other property from either the hotel room or the locker or any other part of the hotel for any cause whatsoever including theft of pilferage.

  8. Pets

    Pets are allowed within the JMD Resort Campus

  9. Hazardous Goods

    Bringing goods and/or storing of raw or exposed cinema films, or any other article of a combustible or hazardous nature and/or prohibited goods and/or goods of objectionable nature is prohibited. The Guest shall be solely liable and responsible to the management, its other guests, invitees visitors, agents and servants for all loss financial or otherwise and damage that may be caused by such articles or as a result of the guests' own negligence and non-observance of any / instructions. Gambling, contraband, prostitution, weapons, explosives, flammable objects, poisons, drugs, animals and pungent food are strictly prohibited on hotel premises.

  10. Damage to Property

    The guest will be held responsible for any loss or damage to the hotel property caused by themselves, their guests or any person for whom they are responsible.

  11. Management's Rights

    It is agreed that the guest will conduct him/ herself in a respectable manner and will not cause any nuisance or annoyance within the hotel premise. The Management has the right to request any guest to vacate his/her room or other areas of the hotel forthwith, Without previous notice and without assigning any reason whatsoever, and the guest shall be bound to vacate when requested to do so. In case of the default, the Management has the right to remove the Guest luggage and belongings from the room occupied by him/her.

  12. Relation between Management and Guest

    Nothing hereinabove shall continue or be deemed to constitute, or create any tenancy or sub-tenancy, or any other right to interact in the hotel premises or any part of portion thereof, in favour of any Guest or resident or visitor, and the Management shall always be deemed to be in full and absolute possession of the whole of the hotel premises .

  13. Government rules and regulations and application of laws

    Guest are requested to observe, abide by confirming to and be bound by all applicable acts and laws and Government rules and regulations in force from time to time.

  14. Photographs and Video's

    Using photographs and video's taken in the hotel for commercial or public purposes is illegal. Those who do so will be subject to prosecution.

    THE MANAGEMENT RESERVES TO ITSELF THE RIGHT TO ADD TO, OR ALTER OR AMEND ANY OF THE ABOVE TERMS, CONDITIONS AND RULES WHICH ARE A PART AND AN ABSTRACT OF THE LODGING ACT..
